- Drafting of the privatisation strategies of leading state-owned companies from the region of former Yugoslavia and preparing them for the arrival of major investors:
Naftna industrija Srbije, DDOR Novi Sad, HIP Petrohemija, HIP Azotara, Jugobanka, Novosadska banka, Panonska banka, Apatinska pivara, Carnex, Dijamant, Frikom, Kulska banka, MSK, Pekabeta, Sojaprotein… - Direct lead in privatisation processes of a large number of companies as well as broker-dealer services.
- Founder of B&C Investments, one of the first broker-dealer services companies in Serbia.
- Regional partner of HSBC, the prestigious London-based investment bank, on a number of projects:
Duvanska industrija Niš, Dunav osiguranje, Naftna industrija Srbije, HIP Petrohemija, Knjaz Miloš, Cementara Popovac… - Advisor to the Board of Directors of Verbund, the largest electricity provider in Austria, for business development and acquisitions in the region of former Yugoslavia.
